This page is designed for the Scottsborough home owners to find copies of the C.C.& R.'s, any amendments to that document as well as the Articles of Incorporation and our governing by-laws. Each of these documents are locked and uneditable. However, you should be able to print in full or in part.

In addition to the above, each owner or tenant will be able to look up documents regarding different uses of the complex. Rules about parking policies, pool and spa use or the process needed to reserve the clubhouse. Also we hope to provide regulations about how to add Cable T.V. and phone lines or have a Satellite T.V. added. These are a few examples of what will be provided in the page below.

The "Rules and Regs" along with all documents will be in easy to download and read .pdf (Portable Document Format) files with links to Adobe's website where you can download the "Acrobat Reader" for free which you can use to read these documents.
